Some links on this site might earn us a little money. Here's what that means for you, in plain English.
What's an affiliate link?
Some links on this site go to shops that sell Warhammer models and hobby supplies. If one of those links is an affiliate link, it has a small Affiliate link label next to it.
If you click one and then buy something, the shop may give this site a small share of what you paid. That's called a commission. It helps pay for running the site.
Does it cost me anything?
No. You pay exactly the same price as you would if you'd gone to the shop yourself. The commission comes out of the shop's side, not your pocket.
Do I have to buy anything?
No, never. Everything on this site is free to read and use, and it always will be. You don't need to buy anything from any link to use the guides, the glossary or the tools.
If you're under 18, talk to a parent or guardian before buying anything online.
There's also an optional "Buy me a paint pot" link to Ko-fi, for tips. It isn't an affiliate link, and you never need to leave a tip to use anything here.
Do the links change what we recommend?
No. We recommend things because we think they're good for beginners, not because of a commission. If something isn't worth your money, we'll say so, affiliate link or not.
What about tracking?
The links are plain links. This site doesn't load any tracking scripts or advertising code for them. Once you're on the shop's website, their own privacy policy applies, so it's worth a look.
